What is something that amazes you?

The resiliency of people. And how cameras work to create photography -magical.

Tell me about your favorite time of day, week, month or season?

I love the beginning of each season. I’m intrigued by transformation, and appreciate how the seasons keep us honest about time passing and remind us to celebrate the moments.

What is something that amazes you?
Love. Being an inspiration to others.

What is something you learned recently?

Being ready to do something, being brave about it, doesn't mean there is no longer fear.  It's the ability to look through that fear and move forward anyway.

In what area of your life are you most like yourself as a child?

I’m a bit silly, curious, and inquisitive. I like to pipe in when folks are generating and sharing ideas. I say hi and smile at strangers.

How has your birth order affected you?

I often say I was born in the 70s but raised in the 50s.  I was a “surprise” child born to a 44-year-old mother, a teacher and a nurse, and a 55-year-old entrepreneurial father. I had nieces and nephews in elementary school when I was born. My sisters were 15, 20 and 30 years my seniors. From this I learned resourcefulness, how to ‘fit in’, the ability to see multiple sides of the same situation, being a gracious host (thanks mom), and a strong work ethic (thanks dad).

Michele has been coaching me over 4 months and she helped me to clarify my thoughts and identify what is really important for me and why. She has immense listening skills and the ability to ask thought provoking questions. She challenges gently when wants and values are in conflict. She is a great partner and a coach.

I enjoy the coaching process as there is no judgment as to what is wrong or right. It’s focused on what I want to achieve. Working with Michele has been great. I must say though that she challenged some of my limited beliefs. This led to me digging deeper into my beliefs and how I see others and myself. Coaching has brought much insight upon myself and my working and being with others. Michele has a loving nature about her and that combined with her intuition and professional life coaching training make Michele a great coach and I highly recommend her. I am thankful to have worked with her and that work continues to help me.
— Joe, Bend, OR
Wanting to live more congruently, a desire to work within my strengths and have a sense of fulfillment in my life, was my main impetus for seeking out a coach. Reading dozens of books on career, vocation and life, I was ready for a sounding-board, and Michele has been that, and more. Working with Michele for the past 6 months, in addition to a positive career move, I have a clearer vision of what I want for my life and new tools to break old patterns that I no longer want. Michele’s intuitive nature, business acumen and a teacher’s heart make her an amazing coach on my journey.
